 twMYConfine( nYMin, nYMax )
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     Confine the mouse cursor to an area between rows nYMin and
     nYMax.

       Arguments:

     nYMin - 'N' Upper coordinate of the confinement area.

     nYMax - 'N' Lower coordinate of the confinement area.

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twMYConfine( 5, 15  )
